1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:
Intimate items
Personal care products
Custom-made or personalized items
Products bought during special sales or clearance offers (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after:
The returned product passes our quality inspection.
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
Note: Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
Replacement will be issued for the same product.
If the product is out of stock, you may choose a refund or another item of equal value.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
